摘    要:空气-水波纹板式加热器采用不同于传统的肋片管式加热器的设计方法,传热面为一次表面,与传热介质接触的表面直接参与传热过程,具有结构紧凑、高效的特点,可将其用于空调机组加热器、热风幕等场合.利用流体力学软件FLUENT对空气侧的不同高度波纹流道内的流阻与传热过程进行模拟计算,通过比较表面摩擦系数f与传热因子j,表明波纹高度是影响空气在波纹流道内的流阻与传热过程的重要因素,结果可为进一步优化设计空气-水波纹板式加热器提供重要参考.

Abstract:Air-water corrugated plate heaters function very differently from traditional tube-fin heaters.In this heater,the primary surface is the heat transfer surface,as the surface in contact with the heat transfer medium directly participates in heat transfer.This translates into higher heat transfer efficiency and compact surface area,which is very suitable for the compact heating elements used in air conditioners or air curtains.The air flow resistance and heat transfer performances varies with the height of the channels,and channels with different heights were simulated by the CFD software of FLUENT. The frictional coefficient and the Colburn factor were derived for air-water corrugated plate heaters,and the data indicates that the height of corrugation has significant effects on air flow resistance and heat transfer.The research results offer some useful references for optimal design of this category of heaters.
