近来中东北非的混乱局势以及日本的核事故危机,带动国际油价不断高企,能源安全问题备受关注。本文从美国近40年石油对外依存度的波动入手,分别从增加国内石油产量、提高能效,发展替代清洁能源和多元化交通四个方面,分析了奥巴马总统上台以来在提高能源安全方面所出台的各项举措和相应成效,为我国的能源安全问题提供借鉴。

Strategic Moves for America to Enhance its Energy Security

With turmoil in MENA and nuclear accident in Japan arouse oil price going up and up,people concern more and more to the energy security.Since the date president Obama took office,many efforts have been made to enhance the American energy security.This can be concluded into four aspects,including increase domestical oil production,enhance energy effiency,develop alternative clean energy and deversify the transportation means.Our country can draw lessons from American＇s experiences.
