添加剂对烧结矿冶金性能的影响

摘    要:在采用烧结矿表面喷洒CaCl2溶液进行生产时,改善了烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能,却加快了除尘系统洗涤塔内衬钢板的腐蚀速度。研究采用含硼添加剂替代部分CaCl2外喷烧结矿,能有效地抑制烧结矿的低温还原粉化,很好地改善了衬板腐蚀状况,并对烧结矿的软化温度和还原性等重要冶金性能的影响,进行了测试分析。

Abstract:Spraying CaCl2 solution on the surface of sinter can improve the property of low temperature reduction degradation for sinter. However, the corrosive speed of lining plate of the dust pelletizing system in the washing tower increases. The method of using the additive to replace partially CaCl2 and spraying to surface of sinter can hold back the low temperature reduction degradation for sinter, and can improve corrosive condition. At same time the influence of boric additive on the metallurgical properties, such as softening temperature and reduction is tested and they are the same as CaCl2 .
