| 摘 要： | 由于数值模拟具有实验研究所无法替代的优点 ,因此基于质量守恒和能量守恒定律 ,采用蒙特卡洛法模拟循环流化床锅炉炉膛内的辐射传热 ,同时考虑到炉膛内的燃烧和流动及对流换热 ,预测了某台 75t/h循环流化床锅炉炉膛内的温度场以及壁面热流密度分布。模拟结果同热力计算结果吻合较好 ,为循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行提供了理论指导

| Abstract: | Based the laws of mass and energy balance,Monte-Carlo method is applied to simulate the heat transfer of radiation in a 75 t/h fluidized bed boiler,because that mathematical simulation has more advantage than experiment research At the same time,combustion,fluid and convection are considered in the furnace Distributions of temperature field and heat flux of wall are predicted Result of the simulation is well agreed with the result of thermal calculation Theory guidance is provided for design and performance of circulating fluidized bed boiler |
