东北,华北联网使东北电网内部稳定水平下降的原因

摘    要:针对东北,华北联网工程稳定分析中遇到的东北电网内部省间电网稳定水平下降的实际问题,用双机系统模型进行了详细分析。结果表明受端系统转动惯量增大,是导致稳定水平下降的主要原因,同时用EEAC的有关概念对这一结论进行了理论分析,并提出提高系统稳定水平的控制措施。

Abstract:Based on descending of inner stability level for Northeast grid connected with North China grid, it is analyzed by double-generator system model. The result shows that the ratational inertia of receiver system enhances is main reason. At the same time this conclusion is proved with related concept of EEAC.
