摘    要:本文利用研制的超强永磁水处理设备在实验室模拟磁场对工业循环水系统进行物理处理,实验发现:磁场强度、处理时间、水流速对循环水的电导率产生了影响;当循环水为自来水(Ca2+浓度小于2.5 mmol/L),水速为0.6和2.3 m/s时磁场处理使得循环水的电导率随处理的时间增加先上升,而后呈现多极值性增加趋势;当循环水为CaCl2与Ca(HCO3)2配置溶液(Ca2+浓度大于2.5 mmol/L),水速为1.2和2.3 m/s时磁场处理使得循环水的电导率呈现随处理的时间增加先下降,而后出现多极值性增加趋势。结果表明:选择适当磁场强度、水流速度和处理时间对循环水进行磁处理,能够调控循环水的电导率,减少循环水系统结垢危害。

Abstract:In this research,the developed water treatment equipment adopting permanent magnetic field was used to simulate the physical handling process of the industrial circulating water system in the laboratory.The experiment show that the magnetic field intensity,processing time and flow rate have notable impact on the conductivity of circulating water;when the circulating solution is tap water(Ca2+ concentration is less than 2.5 mmol/L),velocity is 0.6 m/s or 2.3 m/s,the conductivity of the treated solution first...
