摘    要:利用拉格朗日函数插值拟合方法对变压边力进行函数拟合,根据工艺要求选择不同的插值点,拟合出压边力变化的不同数学模型,从中选出最优压边力数学模型,为数控液压垫实现变压边力控制提供依据;并对系统的性能及精度进行估算。

Abstract:Different mathematical models of edge holding force variation are established by fitting edge holding force functions with Lagrangian function interpolation and fitting method and choosing different interpolation points as required by procedures.The optimum mathematical model of edge holding force variation is chosen for variable edge holding force control of digital-controlled hydraulic cushion.The performance and precision are estimated by mathematical calculation.
