工业锅炉碱性排污水喷雾脱硫及其机理探讨

摘    要:本文介绍了将锅炉正常运行时须排放掉的排污水喷入烟道进行烟气脱硫的实验结果,提出高温燃烧下形成的粉煤灰在烟道工况下因喷淋而被活化后,可与二氧化硫发生化学反应、化学吸附、物理吸附,高脱硫效率是粉煤灰多种作用及排污水中和作用的协同结果。

Abstract:The experimental results of desulfuration by spray the blowdown water that isdrained usually from boilers into flue gas are reported in this paper. It is proposed that theash particles which are formed under high temperature conditions will be activated whenblowdown water is spraied into flue gas. Therefore,the chemical reaction,chemical adsorp-tion and physical adsorption of sulphur dioxide by ash particles could be taken place. Thehigh efficiency of desulfuration might be due to the coodinated action of multifunction of coalash particles and neutralization of blowdown water.
