西气东输管道工程大型穿越遇到的技术难题及其对策

摘    要:西气东输管道工程南京三江口盾构穿越、郑州黄河定向钻穿越和黄河顶管穿越遇到了很多难题:如在南京三江口盾构穿越中,遇到地层泥泞承压能力低、盾构机盾尾漏水以及穿越卵砾石层等难题;在郑州黄河北岸定向钻穿越中,钻具意外扭断脱落;在黄河顶管穿越中,遇到主管发送以及在套管中固管稳管等难题。通过采取切实可行的措施,这些难题都安全有效地得到解决。文章介绍了对这些难题的分析及解决方法。

Abstract:In West to East Gas Pipeline Project, many difficult problems were met at Sanjiangkou shield crossing in Nanjing, at Yellow River directional drilling crossing in Zhengzhou, and at Yellow River pipe-pushing crossing. At Sanjiangkou shield crossing, the foundation is muddy with very low bearing capacity; the tail part of the machine was water-leaking; pipeline route passes through gravel stratum, and so on; At Zhengzhou directional drilling crossing, the drilling tool twisted off and fell off; At Yellow River pipe-pushing crossing, the main pipe was difficult to be sent over as well as to be fixed in casing pipe. Nevertherless, all problems were solved efficiently by means of practical and feasible measures. This paper describes the analysis on those problems and provides solutions.
