| 摘 要： | 研究了仲胺基聚醚和扩链剂对脂肪族喷涂聚脲弹性体性能的影响,结果表明,采用仲胺基聚醚可以降低半预聚体的黏度,B组分中添加11%～27%的仲胺基扩链剂、配方体系中异氰酸酯指数α=1.10时可以制得性能较佳的聚脲弹性体。文章最后对脂肪族喷涂聚脲弹性体的应用领域进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | This article studies the effects of RNH-polyether and chain extender on performance of aliphatic spray polyurea elastomer.The results show that RNH-polyether can reduce viscosity of quasi-prepolymer,and polyurea elastomer with better performance is obtained when B component contains 11%~27% RNH-chain extender and isocyanate index is 1.10.This paper introduces application of the polyurea as well. |
