摘    要:结合南水北调东线第一期工程淮阴三站大型贯流泵站设计的经验,充分考虑该泵站机组是我国首次采用整体吊装结构的大型直联贯流泵机组以及其水泵叶轮直径为国内目前最大的特点,着重从结构特点、结构布置和优化、侧向稳定措施、结构计算分析、防裂限裂设计、泵房设计等方面分析大型整体吊装贯流泵站结构设计应注意的问题,探讨解决上述问题以及实现大型整体吊装贯流泵机组泵站结构安全可靠、美观实用、经济合理的途径。

Abstract:Based on the experience of structural design of Huaiying No.3 Pumping Station,a large bulb tubular pumping station,at the first stage of Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion,it was characterized that the set of the pumping station is the first integral hoisting direct driven bulb tubular pumping set and the diameter of the vanes is the largest at present in China.Some emphatical problems in the structural design of the large bulb tubular pumping station were analyzed from the aspects of structural characteristics,structural arrangement and optimization,measures of lateral stability,structural calculation and analysis,design of preventing and limiting cracks,design of pumping houses,etc.The solutions to the above problems and the realization of reliable, practical,economic and rational ways for the integral hoisting of a large-scale bulb tubular pumping set were discussed.
