煤炭市场营销课程教学团队建设

摘    要:分析了河南工程学院煤炭市场营销课程教学团队的建设现状,并依据教学团队的煤炭行业特色,分别从团队组织、带头人选择、教学过程改革等方面展开了讨论.团队按矩阵式组织队伍,带头人靠业绩与民主推荐,教学过程重在内容选择、课堂教学、师生互动与实践教学等方面实施改革.

Abstract:This paper analyses "coal marketing" teaching team-building status in Henan Institute of Engineering.Based on the characteristics of the coal industry,it discusses the team forming by Matrix Organization,team leaders screening by performances,and teaching process reforms in the teaching content choice,classroom teaching,teacher-student interaction and the practical teaching reform.
