| 摘 要： | 介绍了测试浆纱耐磨性能的DHJSD—1型浆纱耐磨仪的工作原理，并与国内应用最广的Y731型抱合力仪进行了性能测试对比，试验证明：DHJSD—1型浆纱耐磨仪类似于织机实现了纱与纱之间及纱与金属的摩擦磨损、纱线的曲折和纱线的周期性伸长，其测试性能较好，更能反映浆纱质量的真实情况。

| Abstract: | The working principle of DHJSD 1 sizing abrasion resistant tester for testing sizing abrasion resistant property is introduced, and compared with Y731 cohesion tester about property test. The test result show that the process of DHJSD 1 sizing abrasion resistant tester is similar to weaving process, such as friction & abrasion between yarn and yarn,yarn and metal,and yarn zigzag and yarn cycle elongation. Its testing property is better, and can reflect the real sizing quality. |
