低温气体调节器仿真技术

摘    要:建立了低温气体调节器动态数学模型及仿真模型.引入汽化比参数,分析了汽化比对低温气体调节器性能的影响.从动态特性研究中得出:改进喷嘴性能,提高雾化程度和汽化比,降低填料高度,对提高控制性能,简化结构至关重要.研究结果为低温气体调节器优化设计和整个气氮系统的控制研究奠定了基础.

Abstract:The dynamic mathematical model and the simulation model are established for a cryogenic gas regulator. The concept of evaporization ratio is introduced and the effect of evaporization ratio on the performance of the regulator is analyzed. It is suggested that more precise control can be achieved through improving the nozzle performance, increasing the atomization and the evaperization ratio and decreasing the stuffing level. The conclusions drawn can be used to optimize the design of the cryogenic gas regulator and to control the whole thermal regulating system in which the gas regulator plays an important part.
