高精度多股螺旋弹簧数控加工机床设计

摘    要:提出了高精度多股螺旋弹簧数控加工机床的新型设计方案,它包括机床的机构设计,采用PC的开放式数控系统,以及钢丝张力在线检测与控制和钢丝张力配置与弹簧内外层绕制机构的研制等方面。该机床能够加工出高精度、高质量的有芯或无芯的多股螺旋弹簧,满足了企业的需求。

Abstract:A new design project for the number control machine for processing high accuracy spiral springs of many radices was put forward. It includes the design of the machine tool mechanism and the open type PC number control system, the development of steel wire tension on - line test and control system and the installing mechanism of steel wire tension, and the development of the winding for the outside and inside layer springs. The number control machine can process the cored and coreless spiral springs of many radices with high accuracy and quality, and meet the requirement of enterprise.
