电子元件的多工位级进模具设计

摘    要:分析了电子元件工艺特点,介绍了电子元件多工位级进模具设计,重点阐述了工位设计、载体设计、模具总体结构设计、安全检测机构等。经过生产验证,模具结构简单、运行平稳、可靠有效地保证了零件关键尺寸的精度,避免了零件的变形,减少修模具的次数,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Technological characteristics of the electronic part are analyzed and the design of the progressive die for the electronic part is introduced.In this article,the design of the working positions,carrier structure,general structure of the die and security examining mechanism are mainly discussed.By testing the progressive die during actual production,it is found that the structure of the progressive die is simple,precise which can avoid deformation,reduce repairing times and improve the production efficiency.
