铬矿直接还原合金化的试验研究

摘    要:本试验采用内蒙地区铬矿粉并配加碳粉生产的球状还原络合金剂,在3t电弧炉上进行了冶炼35CrMo钢的工业性铬矿直接还原合金化炼钢试验研究。结果表明:炼钢操作和浇注均正常,生产率较高,铬的平均回收率达到92.92%,为我国铬矿粉和利用提供了实验依据。

Test research on Chromium ore directly reduced and alloyed
Abstract:The industrial steelmaking test of Chromium ore directly reduced and alloyed to make 35CrMo steel in the three-ton arc furnace has been finished,which used global reduced Chromium alloy produced by Chromium ore powders and coke powders in the Inner Mongolia region.Experiments confirmed:Both steelmaking operation and casting are normal,productivity is high,equation recovery coefficient of Chromium is 92.92 per cent,all of which provided basis for making use of Chromium ore powder in our country.
