摘    要:利用电化学方法和化学分析技术,研究了工业纯钛(TAl)在卤化物水溶液中钝化膜的破裂行为.提出了卤素在钝化膜表面的局部析出阻碍了膜的生长并在电场力的作用下导致破膜的观点,较好地解释了实验结果.

Abstract:The electrochemical measurement and chemical analytical techniques are used to study the behaviour of passivity breakdown of commercial pure Ti in halide aqueous solutions.The results show that the passivity breakdown of titanium is closely related to the evolution of halogen by the discharge of halide anions on oxide / solution interface. It is proposed that the localized evolution of halogen changes the original passive state into the non-passive surroundings and makes this site of oxide film grow uncapablely; passivity breakdown occurs at this site due to peak electric field strength. This mechanism gives a good explanation of the experimental results.
