| Abstract: | This paper introduced a new type of molding process of plastics - thin wall molding (TWM) technology and compared it with the traditional injection molding technologies. The key points of the TWM technology, including article design, mould design, special injection machine and computer aided engineering analytical technique, were emphatically described. The technical characteristics and market prospect of the TWM was also outlined. |
