Comparison and Analysis of Old and New Standards for Quantity Bill Pricing

In the paper, it explains the overall comparison and analysis of the related revised and additional contents in accordance with the corresponding chapter＇s of old and new standards for quantity bill pricing one by one and how the new standards cotrol quantity bill pricing practice and construction cost in full construc- tion process. In order to save some limited construction funds for our country and to further increase overall ef- fectivness of quantity bill pricing system＇s reform, some inprovements for implimentation of new standards have been given in this paper.
