| 摘 要： | 建设通信网络资源管理系统对提高网络资源的利用率和配置质量,提高网络管理和服务水平至关重要.文章分析了资源管理系统的应用领域和系统定位;论述了系统的整体功能构想;介绍了系统应具备的基础数据维护、逻辑拓扑管理、综合统计分析和查询及资源调度管理4种主要功能.这些内容对指导建立通信资源管理系统具有较高的实用价值.

| Abstract: | The construction of resource management system of communication network is very important for improving the ratio of utilization, the quality of network resources configuration, network management and service level. The article analyzed the application of the resource management system, expounded the whole function. Four kinds of main functions are also introduced, which are basic data maintenance, logic topology management, integrated statistic and enquiry and resource dispatching management. These contents have higher practical value in guiding and setting up the communication resource management system. |
