| 摘 要： | 面对经济高速发展带来的高消耗、高污染和资源环境约束问题,中国开始寻求经济增长模式的全面转变,大力发展循环经济.做为资源型行业的钢铁行业,走循环经济之路,更是必然的选择.通过对现有的钢铁行业经济效益综合评价体系的分析,阐述了作者对构建钢铁行业绿色综合评价体系的几点思考.

| Abstract: | Facing the problems of high consumption, heavy pollution and restriction of resource in the development of economy, China began to change the economic growth mode so as to develop cyclic economy. The cyclic economy is the necessary choice for iron and steel industry that is based on resources. The comprehensive assessment system of economic benefits in the iron and steel industry is analyzed, and some opinions on establishing green comprehensive assessment system in the iron and steel industry are discussed. |
