轴承内环感应拆装器的研究

摘    要:针对轴承内环的过盈装配和拆卸问题,开发研制出了基于工频感应加热技术的轴承内环拆装器,该装置具有可变径和自动定心功能,能够实现加热和拆装的一体化,可实现对轴承内环的快速无损拆装.介绍了装置的基本原理,给出了线圈匝数和集肤深度的数学模型.实验表明,该装置加热效率高,适合于各种工况,因此,具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:Against the problem of disassembly and assembly department for interference fitting inner ring of bearing, The develops a replacer based on the line-fiequency induction heating technique, the device has the functions of radial adjustment and self-centering, it can realize the rapid heating and nowearing dismounting at the same time, The basic principle of the device has been introduced, and the mathematic models of coil number of windings and skin depth have been provided. The experiments indicates that the replacer has high heat efficiency,and it can be used in the different working condition, so it has a good applying prospect.
