灰毛莸挥发油化学成分的研究 |

摘 要: | 采用GC/MS联用法研究了通过同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取灰毛莸挥发油的化学成分,同时结合WILEY、NIST谱图库检索出其主要化学成分。结果表明,在所给的分析条件下,共分离并鉴定出70个化学成分。主要成分为:反-(-)-2(10)-蒎烯-3-醇乙酸酯、(+)-柠檬烯、L-香芹醇、异香芹醇、左旋-β-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、桃金娘烯醇、L-香芹酮等,占挥发油总质量的80.88%,其结果为该植物挥发油的生理活性研究和产品的开发应用提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract: | The chemical constituents of the essential oil from Caryopteris forrestii Diels were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE), and the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS, and the main chemical constituents were extracted with WILEY and NIST spectrumgallery.The results showed that 70 chemical constituents were isolated and identified under thegiven conditions.The major volatile oil including(-)-trans-Pinocarvyl acetate, D-Limonene, Carveol, Isocarveol,(1S)-(1)-beta-Pinene, beta-Pinene, myrtenol, L-carvone, ect.The main components of total volatile oil content of 80.88%, the results provided important theoretical basis for the study of the physiological activities, and for further development and application of the volatile oil of C.forrestii. |
