| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,测定25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂的含量,使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+水=(60+40)为流动相,选择263nm为检测波长进行检测;其平均标准偏差为0.12865,变异系数为0.500%,相关系数为0.9994,平均回收率为99.87%。
