| 摘 要： | 许多重大事故教训表明,危险化学品企业要设置外部安全防护距离。但由于外部安全防护距离概念的模糊性,不同标准之间存在的相互冲突,对小微型危险化学品企业风险重视程度不够,在小微型危险化学品企业安全监管实践中存在很多问题。文章对小微型危险化学品企业外部安全防护距离法定判定依据进行分析,并实例研究Y乙炔厂外部安全防护距离。

| Abstract: | Many major accident lessons show that dangerous chemical enterprise must set the external safety protection distance.However, due to the ambiguity of the concept of external safety protection distance and the conflict between different standards, the degree of attention to the risk of small micro-dangerous chemical enterprises is not enough, which leads to many problems in the practice of safety supervision of small micro-dangerous chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes the legal basis of external safety protection distance of small micro-dangerous chemical enterprises, and studies the external safety protection distance of Y acetylene plant. |
