氢化物发生双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中的砷和汞

摘    要:样品经微波和湿法消解处理,建立一种原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中砷和汞方法。本方法通过检出限、精密度和准确性试验,方法检出限砷:0.078μg/L,汞:0.0052μg/L,精密度小于9.3%,回收率为80%~93.3%,通过国家标准物质(花粉和大米粉)认定值及国标方法的验证。该方法简便快速、准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好等特点,满足日常批量的检测。

Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in food by hydridegeneration atomic fluorescence spectrometry

Abstract:Sample dispel by microwave and wet, in the present study, a method was developed to determine the contents of arsenic and mercury in food simultaneously based on atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS).This method detection limit, precision and accuracy test, method detection limit arsenic: 0.078 mug/L, mercury: 0.0052μg/L, precision< 9.3%, recovery is 80~ 93.3%, According to the certified values of the national composition(rice and pollen)and verification of national standard method.The method is simple, rapid, accurate, higher sensitivity and better stability, meet the daily batch testing.
