富水软弱地层EBP盾构掘进土质改良与舱土压力控制研究

摘    要:针对富水砂土与粘土地层,分别采用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)两种新型材料作为土质改良剂,取得了很好的改性效果,并提出了舱土压力比客重管理的新概念和方法,克服了以往舱土压力控制技术的不足,实现了对舱土压力精确科学的管理,经应用实践表明,可避免掘进风险和保证开挖面稳定,为EBP盾构在富水软弱地层中安全掘进提...

Abstract:In view of the sand and clay ground with rich water,respectively uses the PEO and PAAS as the improver,has obtained a very good effect,a new concept and method of ratio bulk density is provided,overcoming the drawbacks of the previous technology,realizes the scientific management of headchamber,the practice showes that,can avoid the risk of driving,ensur the steady of excavation face,propose the new method of EBP shield tunnelling in the the soft ground with rich water.
