均匀化理论在管板研究中的应用

摘    要:根据复合材料力学中的均匀化理论并借助有限元方法,针对管板设计中存在的问题,对影响管板结构性能的因素进行探讨.在ANSYS分类模拟实现中,研究孔间带效率、管束、管板厚度、管子厚度4种影响当量弹性常数的变量,并将计算结果与ASME规范中采用的有效弹性常数进行比较,计算结果表明,获得的数据较为准确,符合管板当量弹性常数的客观变化规律.因此,用均匀化理论计算管板当量弹性常数具有可行性,同时也为换热器管板的强度设计提供了参考.

Abstract:Based on the homogenization theory and finite element method,factors influencing the performance of heat exchanger's tube-sheet structure were discussed.In ANSYS sorting hypothesis comparison,we considered the four kinds of factors on equivalent elastic constants,such as the rate of pitch of the holes pattern,strengthen of the tube,tube-sheet thickness,tube thickness etc.and compared the results with the effective elastic constants used by ASME.The results showed that using homogenization theory to calculate equivalent elastic constants was feasible,and it offered the reference of heat-exchanger strength design.
