摘    要:以天然矿石和乙酸为原料 ,采用正交试验法进行了新型无污染融雪 /冰剂的合成工艺研究 ,确定最适宜工艺条件为 :矿石与乙酸溶液的质量比为 1.2 ,乙酸浓度为 2 .6mol/L ,反应温度为 80℃ ,反应时间为 4~ 6h。介绍了新型融雪 /冰剂的机理、效果、对环境的影响 ,以及腐蚀性与毒性

Abstract:The synthetic process of new unpolluted melting snow and/or antifreeze agent with natural ore and acetic acid as raw materials is studied by orthorhombic test. The most suitable conditions are determined as follows. The mass ratio of ore to acetic acid solution is 1.2, the concentration of acetic acid is 2.6mol/L, the reaction temperature is 80℃ and the reaction time is 4~6h. The mechanism, effect, influence on the environment, corrosion and loxicity of this melting snow and/or antifreeze are presented.
