| 摘 要： | 基于硫酸介质中,甲醛对溴酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝(MB)的褪色反应具有催化作用,建立了一种新的测定甲醛的动力学光度法。在优化的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.3～3.5μg·mL-1,检出限为0.154μg·mL-1,方法用于腐竹中甲醛的测定,结果满意。
