摘    要:采用具有全局搜索功能的粒子群优化算法对计算大气污染损害率的计算公式中的参数进行优化,得到了对于多种大气污染物均适用的具有普适性的大气污染损害分指数计算公式及大气质量综合污染损害指数评价模型。实验结果表明:该大气质量综合污染损害指数评价模型用于大气质量评价是可行的,不仅公式形式简单、计算简便,而且原理直观、评价结果准确,具有较好的应用潜能。

Abstract:Particle swarm optimization algorithm that has the capability of whole search was applied to optimize the parameters in the pollution harm rate formula. So we could obtain the universal formula for calculating harm index of atmospheric pollution that was suitable to the cases of multi pollutants. Moreover an assessment model of atmospheric quality comprehensive pollution could also be obtained. Experimental results show that the assessment model is feasible in the field of atmospheric quality assessment. It has many advantages such as predigested formula and low computation complexity, pellucid principle and correct results, which makes it has better application potential.
