电流互感器故障所致电网事故及其处置的分析

摘    要:分析了近年来南方电网直调系统中由电流互感器故障所致的电网事故的特点和处理要点,指出电流互感器故障很多时候表现为单个元件保护动作跳闸,根据断路器和电流互感器布置位置,可以判断电流互感器非绝缘段的位置。对于母线跳闸事故,首先应对母差保护范围内一次设备外观进行检查;若多个设备同时跳闸,处于保护交叉范围内的电流互感器故障极有可能是引起事故的原因。

Abstract:The characteristics and main handling points of power grid accidents in the direct dispatching system of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) recent years caused by current transformer failures are analyzed, and it is conclused that the accidents caused by TA failures are usually registered as trippings of a single protection component, and the non-isolated junction of the current transformer can be located according to the positions of the current transformer and related brakers. For bus faults, it needs to examine firstly the primary apparatuses in the differential protection range of bus bar over their exterior. In the case of multi-apparatuses, the accident is most likely caused by the current transformer fault in the overlapping scope of different protections.
