基于PLC的厂区铁路道口报警系统设计

摘    要:针对厂区铁路道口存在的安全隐患问题,设计了一种铁路道口报警系统。该系统采用微型PLC控制技术,由红外线探测器、微型PLC和报警器3部分组成,可自动监测火车运行方向、火车所处位置,进行灯光、语音报警,可为铁路路口车辆、行人提供安全保证。经实际运行检验,该系统具有技术方案成熟、长期运行可靠、报警准确无误等优点。

Abstract:As factory railway crossings existing safety problems, designs a warning system at the railway crossings. The system uses micro-PLC controlling technology, which consisting of infrared detector, micro PLC and an alarm, and is able to detect automatically the moving direction and precise location of trains and to warn with light and sound, providing safety for the vehicles and pedestrians. The actual operating experiments prove that the system has advantages of mature technique, reliable running performance and a precise alarm.
