萱草中微量元素含量的测定及其重金属安全性评价

摘    要:为了评价萱草的食用安全性,为萱草的综合开发利用提供科学依据,对萱草中微量元素和重金属的含量进行了测量。将萱草经光波消煮后,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其矿物质和微量元素的含量,测试结果表明萱草中的矿物质和微量元素含量较丰富。并以砷为研究对象,进行了急性经口毒性、大鼠骨髓细胞微核、大鼠精子畸形、180 d喂养等安全性毒理学评价试验研究。试验结果表明:所测定的45批萱草样品中,其水溶出物中的砷、汞、镉含量分别为w(砷)≤0.0618μg/g,w(汞)≤0.0183μg/g,w(镉)≤0.0165μg/g,均极其微小;遗传毒性试验结果无显著相关性,180 d喂养试验结果显示,在本试验剂量范围内无毒副作用。研究结果表明:萱草中的微量元素含量丰富,且具有较好的食用安全性。

Abstract:To evaluate the food safety and provide a scientific basis for comprehensive development and utilizationof hemerocallisfulva, the contents of microelements and heavy metals in hemerocaUisfulva were measured by atomic absorption spectro-photometer after wave digestion. The results show that hemerocallisfulva is rich in minerals and trace elements. With arsenic as the research object, the toxicological safety evaluation tests were conducted, including acute oral toxicity test, rats bone marrow micronucleus test,rats sperm abnormality test and 180 d feeding test. The results show that water-soluble materials of arsenic, mercury, cadmium levels in the samples of 45 batches hemerocaUisfulva are: w (As) 〈 0.618 μg/g, w (Hg) 〈 0.183 μ/g and w (Cd)≤0.165 μg/g. The genetic toxicity test showed no significant correlation, 180 d feeding test showed that there was non-toxic and no side effects in the experimental dose range. The experiments indicate that the contents of microelements in hemerocaUisfulva are rich and it has good food safety.
