集团型风电企业综合联网监控管理系统的构建

摘    要:以五大发电集团为代表的集团型风电企业已经成为我国风电投资开发的主体力量,如何管控好数量急剧增加的风电场成为企业安全生产中重要的课题。从风电场安全视频监控的角度,针对其普遍实行的三级责任主体的管控模式,提出了一种综合联网监控管理系统的构建方案。从需求分析、系统设计思路、系统的详细设计3个方面进行了阐述,其中专业网络视频管理系统是整个系统的核心,要求其具有容量大,承载能力强,可靠性好,扩展性、兼容性强的特点,且能容纳业已存在的若干风场的视频监控系统。文中提出的方案对集团型风电企业的综合联网监控管理系统的构建具有借鉴作用。

Abstract:The group-typed wind power enterprises as represented by the large power generation groups have become the main force in China's wind power investment and development. How to manage a rapid increasing number of wind farms thus has become an urgent and important safety issue. From a perspective of video monitoring in wind farms, based on the widely adopted three-tier responsibility body control pattern, this paper proposes an integrated networking monitoring management system. The proposed system is introduced in details in terms of requirements analysis, system design idea, and detailed design. The professional network video management system is the core of the entire system. It should be of a large capacity, high load capacity, high reliability, expansibility and compatibility, and be able to accommodate the current video monitoring systems of existing wind farms. The proposal presented in the paper can serve as a reference for building of the integrated networking monitoring management system by group-typed wind power enterprises.
