| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型二次包络环面蜗杆副测量仪的结构、原理及实测结果。该仪器不但能对二次包络环面蜗杆副的切向综合误差进行检测,借助于专用测量附件和测头,还能对包络环面蜗杆的整体误差及单项误差进行快速精确的测量。

| Abstract: | The measuring principle, main structure and measured results of the new tester developed for double enveloping worm gearing are present in the paper. It can measure not only the tangential composite error of worm gear pair, but also the integrated error and element errors of the enveloping worm with high efficiency and accuracy by special measuring accessory and probe. |
