摘    要:采用机械力引发方法研究了马来酸酐(MAH)熔融接枝高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)的官能化反应,并考察了接枝产物对PE-HD/PA66及PE-HD/GF材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过控制引发剂含量和提高双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速可抑制PE-HD在接枝过程中的交联副反应,制得具有较高接枝率(Gd=0.75~1.34%),较好熔体流动性(0.3~0.6g/10min)和较低凝胶含量(≤0.9%)的接枝产物;该方法所得产物可使PE-HD/PA66共混材料的缺口冲击强度提高至6.5倍以上,使PE-HD/GF复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和缺口冲击强度显著增大。

Abstract:Grafting of maleic anhydride(MAH) onto high density polyethylene(PE-HD) was carried out in melt state through the mechanical force initiation caused by high-speed rotation of the twin-screw in addition to that by a certain amount of initiator. The grafted PE-HD was used in blends of PE-HD/PA66 and composites of PE-HD/GF, whose mechanical properties were investigated. It showed that the rotation speed of twin-screw and temperature had important effects on the grafting degree and the melt flow index of the grafted products. Compared with those with peroxide initiation alone, the product of co-initiated product possessed a higher grafting degree (1.34 %), a lower melt-flow index (0.3(0.6 g/10 min)), and a lower gel content (<(0.9 %)). The impact strength of PE-HD/PA66 blend increased by a factor of 6.5. The tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of the PE-HD/GF composites were also obviously improved.
