摘    要:建立了适用于粘性差,分析面易开裂、易脱落或不易烘干含挥发组分粉末样品的新型压片方法,通过实验确定了最佳的XRF聚丙烯膜厚度和塑料环尺寸。试验结果表明:XRF聚丙烯膜结合塑料环压片效果良好,采用本方法压片并建立标准曲线后,分析样品与化学分析结果一致,目前已用于日常检测分析中。该方法的应用实现了在压样时,试样片表面平整、光滑;在抽真空时,试样片不开裂、不掉粉末,不污染真空室;在检测分析时,试样片在真空室内不挥发含酸等组分,不会对分光晶体造成腐蚀。

Application of XRF Polypropylene Film in Powder Sample Preparation for X-ray Fluorescence Analysis
Abstract:A new tabletting method is established for powder samples with poor viscosity, easy to crack, easy to fall off or difficult to dry because of containing volatile components. The optimal XRF polypropylene film thickness and plastic ring size are determined through experiments. The test shows that the tablet pressing effect of XRF polypropylene film combined with plastic ring is good. After the standard curve is established by this method, the analyzed sample results are consistent with the chemical analysis results, now it has been used in daily detection and analysis. The application of this method fundamentally solves the following problems: (1) When pressing the sample, the surface of the sample piece is flat and smooth; (2) In the vacuum, the sample does not crack, does not drop powder, and does not pollute the vacuum chamber; (3) During detection and analysis, the sample does not volatilize components such as acid in the vacuum chamber, and will not cause corrosion to the spectroscopic crystal.
