钢管3PE防腐中酸洗工艺位置的选择

为了提升钢管表面预处理和涂覆质量，简要介绍了钢管3PE防腐生产中酸洗工艺的原理，重点论述了酸洗工位在3PE防腐生产线中三种不同布置方式下的工艺流程，并针对每种工艺布置方式的优缺点进行了分析。对比发现，酸洗工位布置在钢管3PE涂覆之前，并结合两道火焰燃烧的布置方式能够消除裸管对除锈系统中磨料的污染，保证钢管进入涂覆工位时表面的清洁，提升钢管表面预处理质量和涂层质量，是最佳工位布置方案。

Selection of Pickling Process Location of Steel Pipe 3PE Anti-corrosion

In order to improve the surface pretreatment and the coating quality of steel pipe, the principle of pickling process in 3PE anti-corrosion production of steel pipe was briefly introduced, the process of three different layouts of the pickling location in 3PE anti-corrosion production line was emphatically discussed, and both the advantages and disadvantages of each process layout were analyzed. The comparison shows that the pickling location is arranged before 3PE anti-corrosion coating, and the arrangement of two flame combustion can eliminate the pollution of the bare pipe to the abrasive in the rusting removal system. It is the best location layout plan, which ensures the surface cleaning of the steel pipe when it enters the coating location, and improves the quality of the surface pretreatment and the coating of steel tube.
