低热值煤发热量测定方法的研究

摘    要:发热量是判断低热值煤质量优劣的重要指标,关于低热值煤测量方法的研究未见文献报道。采用氧弹法测定了低热值煤的发热量,通过选择合适的助燃剂加入方法使得测量结果较为准确,在此基础上用标准加入法探求助燃剂的最佳加入量,使测量误差进一步减小。实验结果表明,向煤中添加助燃剂苯甲酸时能够使其燃烧更充分,最佳实验条件为助燃剂与煤分别压片,二者质量比为1∶1。

Abstract:Calorific value is a key indicator that judge the quality of low calorific value coal. The method of measurement on the low calorific value coal have not been reported. Oxygen bomb combustion method was used to determinate the heat of low calorific value coal. To get more accurate results, the appropriate combustion-supporting material is selected in our experiment. The best combustion addition was explored using the standard addition method making the error of the measurement more smaller. The experimental results show that the coal can burn more fully when adding the Benzoic Acid toit. The best experimental conditions are asfollows: coal and combustion are compressed respectively, and the mass ratiois1 : 1.
