JCC-6M-T合金带材生产工艺对组织和性能的影响

摘    要:制备JCC-6M-T合金带材时,水平连铸、轧制和去应力退火工艺对该合金的铸坯、带材组织、性能和质量均产生一定影响。试验结果表明:优化水平连铸铸造温度和拉铸速度,能改善铸坯的晶粒组织和结晶;优化轧制工艺规程,能保证该合金带材较高的性能,有利于改善带材的轧制板型;优化去应力退火工艺,制备的合金带材在后续蚀刻时不会发生翘曲。

Effect of Production Process of JCC-6M-T Alloy on Microstructure and Properties
Abstract:In this paper, JCC-6M-T alloy strip was prepared by horizontal continuous casting and cold rolling. The effects of horizontal continuous casting, rolling and annealing on the microstructure, properties and quality of the billet and strip were studied. Experimental results demonstrated that the grain structure and crystallization line of the billet could be improved by optimizing the casting temperature and casting speed, the rolling shape of the strip could be improved while the high performance of the alloy strip could be guaranteed by optimizing the rolling process, the JCC-6M-T strip could not be warped after subsequent etching by optimizing the stress relief annealing process.
