摘    要:中煤平朔集团有限责任公司引进的进口勘探钻机原配套使用的是进口常规钻杆,为了提升勘探效率,更换为国内绳索取芯钻杆,但由于夹持器液压油缸工作不同步,造成接卸钻杆夹持器损坏钻杆严重,降低了钻具的使用寿命,易发生钻杆跑钻事故;而且原定芯装置对钻杆的固定作用较弱,钻杆摆幅大,钻具使用寿命和成孔质量均受到影响。通过对原定芯和接卸装置的研究、改造,并在实践中应用,有效解决了上述问题,效益明显。

Abstract:The imported exploration drilling rig imported by China Coal Pingshuo Industry Group Corporation originally used imported conventional drill pipe. In order to improve the exploration efficiency, it was replaced with the domestic rope core drill pipe, but the hydraulic cylinder of the clamp was not synchronized. The damage caused by the loading and unloading drill pipe holder was serious, the service life of the drilling tool was reduced, and the drill pipe running accident was prone to occur;and the fixing function of the original core device to the drill pipe was weak, the drill pipe swing was large, and so was the drill. Both service life and pore quality were affected. Through the research, modification and application in the original core and the loading and unloading device, the above problems were effectively solved, with obvious benefits.
