摘    要:为了解决热交换器生产中管子和管板焊接效率低、焊接质量不稳定的问题,设计了基于CCD视觉成像的管-板焊接装置,并提供了用于该装置管孔中心坐标的检测方法。该装置由控制系统、移动机构、视觉成像系统和焊接装置组成,采用液压驱动,通过测量管板面上不共线的三个点到传感器的距离确定待测管板面的方程,进而测得管孔中心坐标。采用该装置可获得待检测管板面上管孔的中心坐标,进而实现对管子和管板的自动焊接,能够提高焊接质量与焊接效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and unstable welding quality of tube and plate in the production of heat exchanger, a tube-plate welding device based on CCD vision imaging is designed, and a method for detecting the center coordinates of the tube hole of the device is provided. The device consists of a control system, a moving mechanism, a vision imaging system and a welding device, which uses hydraulic driven, and determines the center coordinates of the tube hole by measuring the distance of three points to the sensor that are not common on the tube plate. The central coordinates of the tube holes on the tube surface to be tested can be obtained by using this device, which can improve the welding quality and welding efficiency by automaticwelding the tube and tube plate.
