管道轴向导波检测技术

摘    要:为了推动管道轴向导波检测技术的发展,介绍了电磁超声导波检测技术在圆柱管道检测方面的应用,在近年来管道轴向导波检测技术研究的基础上,对管道轴向导波检测技术做了系统的阐述,重点分析了轴向导波的频散特性,以及近年来采用电磁超声传感器激发轴向导波的基本原理和设计方法,指出扭转导波无频散的特性在检测上具有重要意义。最后提出了管道轴向导波无损检测技术目前存在的问题及进一步的研究发展方向。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of axial guided wave detection technology of pipeline, the application of the electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave detection technology in the detection of cylindrical pipeline is introduced. Based on the research of the axial guided wave detection technology in recent years, the detection technology of the axial guided wave in the pipeline is systematically expounded, the dispersion characteristics of the axial guided wave and the basic principle and the design method of the axial guided wave used by the electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor in recent years are mainly analyzed, and it is pointed out that the non dispersion characteristics of the torsion guided wave is of great significance in testing field. At last, the problems and the further research direction of the pipeline axial guided wave nondestructive testing technology are put forward.
