摘    要:概述了气力输送中弯管磨损的机理,详细阐述了气力输送过程中物料的物性、输送气速、料气比、弯管的结构及形状等主要因素对弯管磨损的影响。重点分析了输送气速的影响,并从弯管材料和结构2方面论述了减少弯管磨损的办法,建议用短半径和一端不通T型弯头代替长半径弯头。

Factors that influence pneumatic conveying bend pipe wear and measures against wear
Abstract:Pneumatic conveying bend pipe wear mechanism is described. Influence of material physics characteristics, conveying air flow speed, material - air ratio and bend pipe's structure and shape on bend pipe wear are expounded in detail, focusing on influence of conveying air flow speed on it. Considering bend pipe material and structure, measures to reduce bend pipe wear is put forward, such as replacing more radius bend pipe by less radius one - end - blind T shaped bend pipe.
