| Abstract: | Phase measurement is an important method in modern optical measurement.This paper gives a detailed theoretical analysis and computer simulation calculation about the phase shifting phase measurement.The results show the phase-shifting phase measurement is a practical method with such advantages as high precision,full-field, auto-measurement etal,and it will certainly have a bright future. |
