摘    要:在汇总“七五”期间水保基金、水沙基金和自然科学基金等3个项目水保法分析的河龙区间14条支流水利水保工程减沙效益成果的基础上,对各项措施面积、措施减沙指标以及减沙量分别进行了对比讨论,提出了三种成果的差异以及造成差异的原因,并为进一步研究黄河的水沙变化提出了一些新的见解。

Abstract:omparision analyses were carride out for water and soil conservancy areas developed usingvarious measures, sediment reduction indexes of various measures, and amount of sediment reduced byvarious measures. The study included 14 tributaries of the Yellow River in the region of Hekouzhen toLongmen. Results obtained (using water and soil conservancy method) from the Fund of Water andSoil Conservancy, the Fund of Water Runoff and Sediment Yield, and the Fund of Natural Sciencewere used. The differences among them and the reasons for causing these differences were pointedout. New ideas for studying the variations of water runoff and sediment yield in the Yellow River werethen proposed.
