| 摘 要： | 分析了知识这一特殊资源的基本特性 ,指出知识已成为经济增长的核心要素 ,知识经济使传统工业成为智能型工业 ;认为我国煤炭工业仍然具有资源禀赋的比较优势 ,在知识经济的挑战下 ,煤炭企业应成为构建知识经济创新体系的主体 ,要实现观念、制度、技术、产品、市场和管理创新。

| Abstract: | On the study of the principle characteristics of “knowledge—the special resource”,the paper points out that knowledge has become key element of development and knowledge economy has made the traditional imdustry become intellectual industry.The author thinks that the Chinese coal industry still has the comparing advantage on resource gift.Facing the challenging of knowledge economy,the coal enterprises should become the main body to set up knowledge innovating system. |
