| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,选择Agilent Zorbax Sax阴离子交换柱,0.1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,波长240 nm检测,外标法定量,建立了测定次级精对苯二甲酸(PTA)中对苯二甲酸(TA)含量的检测方法。该方法的回收率为98.5%～104.7%,变异系数小于0.27%,相关系数为0.999 99。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of terphthalic acid(TA)content in offgrade purified terephthalic acid(PTA)using Agilent Zorbax Sax anion-exchange column and external standard quantitaive method with 0.1 moL/L phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase at a wavelength of 240 nm.The recovery was 98.5%-104. 7%,the variation coefficient lower than 0.27% and the correlation coefficient 0.999 99. |
